Posisi Fiber Data Library Specialist bertanggung jawab secara menyeluruh terhadap pengelolaan, pemeliharaan, serta validasi data jaringan serat optik perusahaan. Peran ini memastikan bahwa seluruh dokumentasi teknis, peta jalur, diagram penyambungan (splicing), hingga catatan alokasi core selalu akurat dan mutakhir sesuai dengan kondisi aktual di lapangan. Tugas harian mencakup pengoperasian sistem GIS dan perangkat dokumentasi jaringan untuk mengarsip, mengedit, serta menyajikan data infrastruktur telekomunikasi secara sistematis. Spesialis ini juga bertindak sebagai penghubung data yang handal bagi tim perencana, konstruksi, dan pemeliharaan guna mendukung perencanaan kapasitas, pemulihan gangguan, serta pemenuhan standar regulasi industri.
Tanggung jawab: Maintain and update the company’s fiber optic database, including route maps, splicing diagrams, OTDR records, and core allocation charts; Ensure all as-built documents match actual field conditions after project completion; Organize and archive digital and physical documentation for easy retrieval; Coordinate with survey, design, construction, and operations teams to collect and validate fiber network data; Review project deliverables and verify compliance with company documentation standards; Operate GIS and network documentation tools to input, edit, and visualize fiber network data; Maintain accurate location and attribute data for fiber optic routes and related infrastructure; Provide updated network data to planning and maintenance teams for core allocation, capacity planning, and fault restoration; Generate maps, diagrams, and reports for internal use or customer requests; Ensure all documentation follows internal standards, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
