Responsible for managing spare parts related to motor insurance claims to ensure availability, cost efficiency, and accuracy of parts utilization
Tanggung jawab: Manage end-to-end spare parts processes, including procurement, verification, inventory monitoring, and supplier payment related to motor insurance claims; Verify vehicle components, part numbers, and specifications to ensure accuracy in claim assessment and repair processes; Monitor spare parts utilization, including fast-moving and slow-moving items, to maintain efficiency and control claim costs; Coordinate with workshops, vendors, and internal claim teams to ensure timely availability and proper use of spare parts; Prepare and maintain spare parts records, reports, and analysis to support operational monitoring and decision-making; Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal procedures in procurement and spare parts management processes; Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency in spare parts handling and claim settlement; Job Requirements:; Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Insurance Management, Business Administration or related field; Min 3 years experienced in spare part management & Claim Motor; Have in-depth knowledge of component vehicle/motor (e.g.: fast-moving vs slow-moving), mechanical functions, and production codes (part numbers); Excellent with Ms. Excel and Ms. Power Point; Can work as team, work in details, discipline, and manage task.
