Kami mengelola fasilitas spa di sebuah pulau pribadi di Gili Lontar, Lombok, dan mencari terapis profesional untuk memberikan layanan terbaik bagi tamu kami. Tanggung jawab utama meliputi melakukan perawatan pijat dan layanan spa sesuai standar, memberikan konsultasi kepada tamu, merekomendasikan paket perawatan, serta menjaga kebersihan dan ketersediaan peralatan spa. Posisi ini menuntut profesionalisme tinggi, kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, dan kesediaan untuk tinggal di lokasi pulau pribadi.
Tanggung jawab: Perform professional massage treatments and spa services according to established standards and guest preferences; Conduct guest consultations to understand their needs, preferences, and any specific concerns before treatments; Recommend suitable treatments, massage techniques, and spa packages to enhance the guest experience; Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper preparation of treatment rooms, equipment, towels, and spa facilities; Ensure all treatments are delivered with excellent service, professionalism, and attention to guest comfort; Monitor and maintain spa supplies, products, and equipment, ensuring proper usage and availability; Handle guest inquiries and feedback professionally while maintaining guest confidentiality; Support daily spa operations and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
Kualifikasi: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Spa Therapist or Massage Therapist, preferably in a hotel or resort; Knowledge of various massage techniques and spa treatments; Good communication and interpersonal skills; Friendly, professional, and guest-oriented personality; Good personal hygiene and grooming standards; Able to work independently as well as part of a team; Willing to work and stay on a private island in Gili Lontar, Lombok; Flexible with working schedules and operational needs.
