As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Spa Operations Supervisor & Trainer to lead our spa team and help shape the next stage of our success. Key Responsibilities: - Lead daily spa operations and ensure SOP compliance. - Train, coach, and develop Spa Therapists. - Maintain luxury treatment and service standards. - Manage scheduling, inventory, and retail stock. - Recruit and develop new team members. - Create a positive, professional, and guest-focused culture. -Requirements ✔️ Minimum 2 years' experience as a Spa Supervisor, Spa Trainer, Senior Therapist, or in a similar leadership role. ✔️ Fluent spoken and written English is mandatory. ✔️ Strong leadership and communication skills.
