Spa Operations Leader 6/7 Working Day Position Overview We are looking for an experienced and passionate Spa Operations Leader to oversee the daily operation of our spa and wellness facilities. The Spa Operations Leader is responsible for maintaining 5-star service standards, developing the spa team, and ensuring every guest receives a warm, professional, and personalized wellness experience. The Spa Operations Leader plays an important role in delivering exceptional wellness experiences that complement the overall guest journey. Key Responsibilities Operations Oversee the daily operation of the spa and wellness facilities. Ensure treatment rooms and spa facilities are clean, organized, and ready for guests. Monitor daily appointments, therapist schedules, and operational readiness. Handle guest requests and resolve service issues promptly. Team Leadership Lead, coach, and develop spa therapists and wellness staff. Provide on-the-job training and maintain spa SOPs.
