The Spa Attendant is responsible for maintaining the high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation within the spa environment. This role involves ensuring that all spa rooms and facilities are perfectly organized and ready for guests at all times. In this position, you will assist Spa Therapists with treatment room preparation, manage the replenishment of supplies, and handle daily operational tasks such as laundry and cleaning. You will act as a welcoming presence for guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit while strictly following company SOPs and safety procedures.
Tanggung jawab: Ensure all spa rooms and facilities are clean, organized, and ready for guests; Prepare treatment rooms, towels, linens, amenities, and other necessary supplies; Assist Spa Therapists with treatment room preparation and guest needs; Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner; Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation throughout the spa; Monitor and replenish spa supplies and report stock shortages when necessary; Assist with laundry, cleaning, and other daily operational tasks; Ensure guests feel comfortable and well taken care of during their visit; Follow company SOPs, hygiene standards, and safety procedures; Perform other duties as assigned by the Spa Supervisor or Management.
Kualifikasi: Previous experience in a spa, hotel, or hospitality environment is preferred; Friendly, positive, and service-oriented personality; Good communication and interpersonal skills.
