The Fulfilment Engineering team at Grab builds the technology that connects demand with supply across Grab's services. They solve complex marketplace problems spanning allocation, driver experience, reliability, and operational efficiency, supporting millions of transactions across Southeast Asia. The team collaborates with Product, Data Science, Analytics, Operations, and other engineering teams to develop scalable systems that improve the experience of driver-partners and consumers. As a Software Engineering Manager II, you will lead a team of software engineers responsible for building and operating critical fulfilment capabilities. You will create the conditions for the team to deliver reliable outcomes, grow technical leaders, and translate product and business priorities into an engineering roadmap. You will remain technically fluent while empowering senior individual contributors to lead architecture and detailed technical decisions, reporting directly to the Senior Software Engineering Manager.
