Blibli is an e-commerce platform focused on building trust, innovation, and care. Within the Engineering department, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining products that deliver seamless experiences for customers and business partners. You will work alongside talented engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to solve complex challenges and improve system reliability. As a Software Development Engineer (CS, Return, Loyalty), you will contribute to the development and enhancement of Customer Service, Returns, and Loyalty platforms that support the Blibli and Tiket ecosystem. You will be involved throughout the software development lifecycle, from technical design and implementation to testing, deployment, and optimization.
Tanggung jawab: Build and maintain scalable applications for Customer Service, Return, and Loyalty platforms; Develop backend services, APIs, and system integrations using Java Spring Framework; Support frontend development using Vue.js; Participate in the end-to-end software development lifecycle; Improve system performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability; Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution; Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, QA, and cross-functional stakeholders; Leverage modern engineering practices and AI-assisted development tools.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
