• Develop and execute channel-specific strategy that keeps ASTRO at the forefront of conversations (TikTok, Instagram, Threads, X, YouTube)
• Ensure ASTRO's social presence is not only engaging but also consistently delivers value to users, reinforcing why we are their first choice.
• Content Segmentation: Tailor content pillars per channel so the same campaign resonates whether it's a 15-second TikTok meme or a structured LinkedIn thought-leadership post.

High-Volume Content Engine & Execution

• Architect an agile editorial workflow capable of planning, producing, and publishing 50+ content pieces/week across all platforms without compromising brand quality.
• Establish a smart content-waterfall strategy (e.g., turning a podcast/long-form video into TikTok clips, X threads, IG carousels, and LinkedIn key takeaway posts).

Cross-Functional Alignment & Growth

• Partner closely with Growth, Performance Marketing, and E-Commerce teams to align organic content with paid boosting, flash sales, and campaign conversion targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Brand GTM, Creative, Performance Marketing) to turn business priorities into engaging content that drives action.
• Provide data-backed recommendations in weekly reports, connecting insights to clear next steps for growth and engagement strategies.

Community Building & Organic Brand Amplification

• Position Astro as a brand that people want to engage with and talk about by fostering an active and loyal community.
• Create strategy that prompts organic UGC from community
• Develop strategy to quickly engage with audience the right way with the right tone to ASTRO, that's also relatable lingo
