We are a fast-growing e-commerce powerhouse in the FMCG, Beauty, and Fashion space. We house 3 distinct, high-performing brands that are already crushing it on marketplaces (Shopee & TikTok Shop): MamaJoy – The ultimate, empathetic companion for maternity & postpartum care. CurveLine – Fun, empowering, and refreshing bodycare & beauty essentials.
Bodilicious – "Quiet Luxury" meets body-inclusivity in premium shapewear & apparel. While our sales are booming, our social media presence needs a total glow-up. That’s where you come in. We are looking for a creative captain who doesn't just scroll through TikTok and IG for fun, but actually cracks the code behind what makes things go viral. The Vibe & The Role:
As our Social Media Specialist & Creative Lead , you are the brain behind the curtain. You’ll be managing the social media ecosystem for all 3 brands. You won't just be maintaining an aesthetic grid; you will be building communities, shifting cultures, and driving organic growth. You’ll be leading a energetic team of 3 Content Creators —giving them directions, brainstorming hooks, and turning raw ideas into high-engagement content. What You’ll Do (Your Day-to-Day):
Own the Strategy: Draft monthly content blueprints and calendars for IG & TikTok across 3 distinct brand personas. Direct the Squad: Lead, brief, and review our team of 3 Content Creators. You know how Transfer product feature to Product Value and upgrade into an emotional, relatable short-form video (Reels/TikTok). From Product Value and relatable Video bring into something to boost Brand Value Trendjack Like a Pro: Spot internet trends, memes, and audio before they go mainstream, and seamlessly adapt them into our brands' DNA.
Crack the Persona: Master the psychology of our audiences—from exhausted but proud new moms (MamaJoy) to confident User looking for premium lifestyle products (CurveLine, Bodilicious). Analyze & Pivot: Look at the data (Reach, Engagement, Organic Growth), see what’s working, drop what’s not, and present weekly game plans. No gatekeeping good ideas here! Be Part of the Scene: Join with the content creator and be part of the scene. So make sure you Dress well and look attractive
