• Develop and execute monthly, weekly, and daily social media content strategies across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Create compelling content concepts, storytelling angles, captions, and campaign ideas that resonate with target audiences
• Monitor social media trends, viral content, and platform updates to identify opportunities for brand growth
• Manage content calendars and posting schedules to ensure consistent and engaging brand communication
• Plan and execute social media campaigns from concept development to implementation
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Design, Production, and Sales teams to create impactful content
• Build and nurture an active online community by engaging with followers and customers
• Analyze content performance, audience behavior, and campaign results using analytics tools
• Generate insights, recommendations, and action plans to continuously improve engagement and brand awareness
• Ensure all content aligns with the company’s brand identity, visual standards, and communication guidelines
• Requirements
• Minimum 4 - 5 years of experience managing social media platforms, preferably for FMCG, food & beverage, lifestyle, retail, or consumer brands
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube algorithms, trends, and audience engagement strategies
• Proven experience creating content strategies, campaign concepts, and content calendars
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills with the ability to maintain a strong brand voice
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and performance reporting
• Basic content creation skills, including Canva, CapCut, VN, or similar editing tools (preferred)
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Creative thinker with a proactive mindset and strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
