Social Compliance Officer - North Jakarta - WFO (ID: 696543)
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
PERSOL Indonesia is currently assisting our client, a healthcare manufacturing company, in recruiting for the role of Social Compliance Officer in North Jakarta . Key Responsibilities: 1. Audit preparation & support: prepare for social compliance audits; collect and organize audit documents (payroll, attendance, personnel files, policies); support on-site audits and interviews; follow up findings and corrective actions.
2. Compliance monitoring: monitor working hours, wages, overtime, and social insurance; ensure contracts and HR documents are properly maintained; conduct internal checks; keep notice boards and mandatory postings updated. 3. Corrective Action Implementation : help develop and execute CAP; track progress; coordinate with HR, Production, and EHS. 4. Training & communication: deliver basic compliance training; support worker communication; maintain grievance mechanisms.
5. Documentation & reporting: maintain compliance records and audit reports; provide periodic reports to management; update policies and procedures as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) or above in a relevant field.
- 1–3 years of experience in factory social compliance, HR, or audits.
- Familiarity with BSCI/SMETA/WRAP/SA8000 standards is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of local labor laws.
- Good English reading and writing skills.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized.
- Strong documentation and data management skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Able to work under audit pressure.
- Problem-solving mindset.
- Manufacturing or bonded zone (KBN) experience is a plus.
