Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Structural Engineering concentration preferred). Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Engineer in construction projects, particularly in supervising steel and concrete structural works for industrial buildings. Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Project. Strong understanding of engineering drawings, technical specifications, and construction methods. Capable of conducting site supervision and Quality Control to ensure all works comply with approved drawings and specifications. Able to prepare and submit monthly progress reports. Candidates residing in Bekasi or nearby areas will be preferred. Supervise daily construction activities (civil & infrastructure works) Develop and manage project schedules Ensure quality standards in line with QA/QC requirements Prepare and submit progress reports Coordinate with Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) teams Ensure implementation of HSE standards on site
