PT. Hartex Global Industrial, located in Cakung, East Jakarta, is seeking candidates for the position of General Manager with the following qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in Management/Marketing/Business, preferably from ATMI Surakarta Polytechnic, majoring in Industrial Mechanical Engineering · Previous experience as a General Manager for at least 5 years in a similar company to PT. Hartex Global Industrial · Possesses product and market knowledge in the metal fabrication and industrial sectors · Experienced in operating CNC lathes, milling machines, lasers, presses, and bending machines · Possesses strong leadership, people management, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills · Understands electroplating, painting, and powder coating · Fluent in both spoken and written English · Honest, intelligent, assertive, disciplined, and authoritative · Preferably domiciled in Cakung, East Jakarta, and the surrounding areas Duties and Responsibilities: · Plans comprehensive implementation strategies for company policies to ensure optimal implementation · Monitors the implementation of company policies and strategies and ensures their smooth implementation for maximum and efficient implementation · Controls and evaluates strategy implementation to obtain strategic input as proposals for the following year's policies · Evaluates and analyzes the results of the company's strategy implementation and seeks solutions to emerging problems
