PT DCI Indonesia, Tbk are looking for a highly-focused, meticulous professional who is experienced as Site Manager for project management of Data Center. This position will be based in Bekasi, West Java. What you'll be doing Manage and supervise day-to-day construction activities at the data center site Coordinate with project manager to ensure construction works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, schedule, and safety standards Coordinate and control contractors, subcontractors, and vendors on site Monitor progress, quality, and safety performance, and report site status regularly Ensure proper implementation of Electrical, Mechanical, and Civil works Coordinate installation and testing of critical systems: Electrical systems (power distribution, grounding, UPS, generators) Mechanical systems (cooling, airflow, HVAC) Fire protection and monitoring systems Support testing, commissioning, and go-live readiness activities Identify and resolve site issues promptly to minimize delays Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and site safety procedures Perform other site-related duties as assigned by the Project Manager
