RGF HR Agent Indonesia mencari profesional untuk posisi GA & HSE Assistant Manager pada perusahaan manufaktur makanan asal Jepang yang berlokasi di Cikarang. Perusahaan berkomitmen menjalankan standar operasional yang ketat serta mematuhi hukum pelindungan data pribadi yang berlaku di Indonesia dalam setiap proses rekrutmennya. Posisi ini bertanggung jawab penuh dalam pengelolaan operasional General Affairs secara menyeluruh termasuk fasilitas, keamanan, kebersihan, layanan katering, kendaraan perusahaan, serta hubungan dengan vendor dan otoritas eksternal. Selain itu, peran ini memegang kendali dalam pengawasan aktivitas Kesehatan, Keselamatan Kerja, dan Lingkungan (HSE) guna memastikan kepatuhan penuh terhadap standar ISO 14001, ISO 45001, dan ISO 22000, serta mengelola anggaran dan perizinan perusahaan secara efisien.
Tanggung jawab: Manage overall General Affairs operations, including facilities, security, cleaning services, canteen, company vehicles, and employee transportation; Manage vendors and service providers, including contract management, negotiation, cost control, and performance evaluation; Coordinate with government authorities, industrial estate management, local communities, and other external parties; Manage company licenses, permits, and certifications and coordinate related procedures with authorities; Oversee Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) activities and ensure compliance with applicable regulations; Manage GA budgets and company assets while driving operational efficiency and cost improvement; Lead and supervise the GA team and ensure smooth daily operations through effective problem-solving and coordination; Other tasks as assigned; Job Requirements:; Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineer or related fields is preferred; Business level of English; At least 3 years of experience as HSE, GA Supervisor/Asst. Manager in Foods manufacturing; Understanding of ISO 14001, ISO 45001 AND ISO 22000; Good understanding of Indonesian regulations related to General Affairs, HSE, environmental management, and company licensing; Proficient in Microsoft Office; Strong negotiation, communication, coordination and problem solving skills; [Only CV in English will be processed].
