Posisi Site Manager bertanggung jawab untuk mengawasi seluruh kegiatan konstruksi di lapangan, mulai dari perencanaan hingga penyelesaian proyek. Peran ini menuntut kemampuan koordinasi yang kuat dalam mengelola tim, termasuk supervisor, mandor, pekerja, dan subkontraktor. Anda akan memastikan bahwa setiap pekerjaan konstruksi berjalan sesuai dengan standar teknis, gambar kerja, dan jadwal yang telah ditetapkan. Selain itu, Anda akan membantu Project Manager dalam mengimplementasikan kebijakan proyek, memantau kinerja, serta menyusun laporan progres mingguan untuk memastikan proyek berjalan efisien dan tepat waktu.
Tanggung jawab: Prepare and submit weekly project progress reports to monitor work progress and project performance; Monitor and maintain the quality of construction work on site in accordance with project standards and specifications; Allocate and assign work scopes to Supervisors based on project requirements and priorities; Review technical drawings and shop drawings and ensure their proper distribution to Supervisors for site execution; Assist the Project Manager in implementing project instructions, policies, and execution strategies; Determine material and manpower requirements, including specifications, quantities, and procurement schedules; Develop and implement construction methods in coordination with the Engineering Division; Coordinate and execute weekly project work plans in accordance with the established project timeline and schedule; Coordinate with subcontractors regarding approved work plans, work progress, and quality standards.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, with proven experience as a Site Manager, Assistant Site Manager, or Senior Site Supervisor; Experienced in managing and coordinating construction activities from planning through execution and completion; Strong knowledge of construction methods, technical drawings, shop drawings, project specifications, and quality standards; Experienced in managing Supervisors, Foremen, workers, and subcontractors and allocating work scopes according to project requirements; Proven ability to prepare and analyze weekly project progress reports and monitor project performance against established timelines; Willing to be assigned to Pererenan, Bali.
