Posisi Site Engineer ditujukan untuk profesional di bidang teknik sipil yang akan berperan dalam mengawasi dan mengelola pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi di lapangan. Peran ini bertanggung jawab memastikan penerapan prinsip-prinsip rekayasa sipil dan struktural, metodologi konstruksi, serta standar keselamatan kerja yang berlaku secara konsisten. Kandidat diharapkan mampu membaca dan menginterpretasikan gambar teknik, melakukan kontrol kualitas, serta berkoordinasi secara efektif dengan berbagai pemangku kepentingan dalam proyek pembangunan infrastruktur atau gedung.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar on-site supervisory role within civil or structural engineering projects; Fresh Graduate are preffered; Strong knowledge of civil and structural engineering principles, construction methodologies, and industry best practices; Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and construction plans; Experience with quality control and testing procedures relevant to civil engineering works; Excellent site management and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively; Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of workmanship; Knowledge of relevant Indonesian building codes, regulations, and safety standards; Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic site engineering software; Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian, both written and verbal; Valid driving licence and willingness to travel as required for project needs; Previous experience on infrastructure or building construction projects in Indonesia is preferred.
