Arbeit Group sedang mencari talenta profesional untuk bergabung sebagai Project Engineer Power (Data Center) guna mendukung industri infrastruktur Data Center enterprise yang sedang berkembang pesat di Batam. Posisi ini memegang peranan penting dalam memastikan setiap proyek infrastruktur kelistrikan berjalan sesuai standar teknis dan lini masa yang telah ditetapkan. Dalam peran ini, Anda bertanggung jawab terhadap perencanaan proyek, penjadwalan, serta koordinasi aktif dengan tim internal, kontraktor, dan vendor. Anda juga akan mengelola berbagai sistem infrastruktur data center seperti distribusi daya, sistem pendingin, dan pengkabelan jaringan, serta menangani berbagai isu teknis di lapangan dengan berpedoman pada standar keselamatan kerja yang ketat.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in electrical, power engineering, telecommunication engineering, or a related field; Minimum 1 year of experience as a Project Engineering, preferably in Data Center, Eelctrical project, or critical infrastructure projects; Strong understanding of data center infrastructure systems, including power distribution, cooling systems, and network cabling; Experience in project planning, scheduling, and coordination with internal teams, contractors, and vendors; Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documents; Familiar with data center systems, installation, commissioning; Proficient in engineering and documentation tools such as Autodesk AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, or other project management tools; Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage technical issues during project execution; Good communication and coordination skills to work with engineering teams, contractors, and stakeholders; Able to work on-site and manage project activities according to timelines and safety standards; Fluent in English; Can join ASAP.
