Shop Supervisor bertanggung jawab penuh dalam memimpin dan memotivasi tim toko untuk mencapai target penjualan serta memberikan pengalaman pelanggan yang sangat istimewa di specialty store. Peran ini melibatkan pengawasan operasional harian toko, termasuk penjualan, promosi, merchandising, pengendalian stok, visual merchandising, dan pengisian kembali barang, serta pemantauan kinerja untuk memaksimalkan keuntungan dan meminimalkan penyusutan (shrinkage).

Kualifikasi: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline, GPA ≥ 2,75. (Diploma degrees with experience are welcome); Experience in retail fashion would be an advantage; Possess great conceptual thinking and problem-solving abilities; Strong analytical, interpersonal skill, & leadership potential; Have a good selling skill and multitasking ability; Good in English and computer literate; Able to distinguish colors, and willing to work in shift; Placement : Palangkaraya.
