Perusahaan sedang mencari Shop Leader yang strategis dan berorientasi pada hasil untuk mengawasi toko ritel khusus (Suko & Zes) di Palangkaraya. Peran ini bertanggung jawab penuh atas eksekusi komersial dan operasional toko. Shop Leader akan memimpin operasional toko dari awal hingga akhir, memastikan keunggulan dalam tampilan produk, kebersihan, pemeliharaan, dan layanan pelanggan sesuai SOP. Selain itu, posisi ini bertugas mendorong penjualan dan profitabilitas melalui inisiatif lokal, mengelola anggaran toko, serta melatih dan mengembangkan tim toko untuk mencapai performa terbaik.
Tanggung jawab: Lead end-to-end store operations, ensuring excellence in display, cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service in line with SOP; Drive sales and profitability through active selling, promotional execution, store layout optimization, and local initiatives (events/bazaars); Manage and control store budget while identifying issues (sales, shrinkage, team performance) and implementing improvement actions; Lead, coach, and develop the store team through effective scheduling, performance monitoring, and capability building; Monitor market trends and competitors, maintain stakeholder relationships, and provide regular operational reports to support business growth.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s Degree in any major; Minimum 4 years of experience in specialty retail (fashion, footwear, lifestyle, beauty, or similar categories); Strong knowledge of store operations, sales, and retail business; Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; Customer-oriented with strong selling skills; Able to analyze business performance and drive results; Willing to travel within assigned area.
