Shop Supervisor for Monobrand Store (Surabaya)

Responsibilities: Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver an excellent customer experience. Oversee daily store operations, including sales, promotions, merchandising, stock control, visual merchandising, and replenishment.

Monitor performance and implement strategies to maximize profit and minimize shrinkage. Coach and develop staff to build strong, high-performing teams. Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline, GPA ≥ 2,75. (Diploma degrees with experience are welcome). Experience in retail fashion would be an advantage. Possess great conceptual thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Strong analytical, interpersonal skill, & leadership potential. Have a good selling skill and multitasking ability. Good in English and computer literate.

Able to distinguish colors, and willing to work in shift. Placement : Surabaya
