Posisi ini merupakan peran berbasis kontrak yang berfokus pada implementasi standar Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) selama masa konstruksi proyek di Kawasan Ekonomi Khusus, Sei Mangkei, Sumatera Utara. Sebagai SHE Team Leader, Anda akan mendukung HSE Assistant Manager dalam merencanakan dan mengoordinasikan kebijakan K3, melakukan audit rutin, serta memastikan kepatuhan di seluruh area kerja. Tanggung jawab Anda meliputi pelaksanaan pelatihan K3, inspeksi peralatan kerja, pemantauan sertifikasi operator dan personel kompeten, serta memastikan setiap insiden kerja dilaporkan dan ditindaklanjuti sesuai dengan pedoman perusahaan.
Tanggung jawab: Support the HSE Assistant Manager and team with planning, coordinating and implementing of effective HSE policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure that the department objectives are met; Provide support to Project and Operation team in all aspects of safety, occupational health, safety and environmental issues; Support the SHE Assistant Manager in ensuring SHE compliance in workplace areas and regular SHE audits in the areas; Attend HIRADC and JSA meetings, ensure HIRADC comply with safety and environment aspect; Conduct HSE trainings and orientation to all new employees; Ensure all worksites are SHE compliant with Company policies and safety standards; Conduct SHE training, and drills are implemented as part of the company’s training and HSE program; Ensure all fire protection systems are inspected, tested and are in a good condition; Ensure work permit are implemented in accordance to SHE guidelines; Ensure workplace incident are reported to the line manager within the time line in accordance SHE guidelines; Ensure safety behavior observation (SBO) is conducted in the workplace area, tracking, monitoring and coordinate with Area Owner for follow-up action and closure action SHE Central; Conducting review and acknowledgment of JSA/work methods; Upon completion of the work, a white copy and JSA can be returned to SHE Department; Monitoring the calibration schedule of pressure vessels, storage tanks, hoist cranes, reach trucks, lifts, lightning conductors, fire hydrants, and alarms; Monitoring the validity period and renewing the operator licenses (SIO) for forklifts, reach trucks, and hoist cranes; Monitoring the validity period of the operator licenses (SILO) for forklifts, reach trucks, Lift and hoist cranes; Monitoring the validity period of competent personnel certificates, such as damkar, First Aid, scaffolding, CSE, etc; Participating in fire drill activities, National K3 Month, and World Safety Day; Regular work equipment inspection.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Diploma in Engineering Field, Safety/K3, or relevant discipline with 5 years experience in SHE roles; AK3U Certified, other relevant recognized safety qualifications will be a plus; Good MS Office skills particularly in Excel, Word and Power point; Knowledgeable in ISO 9001, ISO 14001and ISO 45001,NFPA standards and HSE management systems is highly preferred; Fluent in English both verbal and written; Able to work independently and team work; Willing to be contracted for 6 months.
