Posisi Service Captain di DOEUN Korean Grill memegang peran kepemimpinan di lantai restoran. Selain menjalankan tugas pelayanan standar, Captain bertanggung jawab memimpin bagiannya, menetapkan tugas kepada staf, memimpin briefing, dan memastikan standar pelayanan diikuti secara konsisten oleh seluruh tim.
Tanggung jawab: Deliver warm, attentive service throughout the guest journey; Manage your assigned section, ensuring accurate orders, smooth service timing, and thoughtful follow-up; Explain menus confidently and recommend dishes, beverages, and pairings suited to each guest; Coordinate closely with the kitchen, bar, and reception team; Recognize guest preferences, anticipate needs, and handle concerns professionally; Maintain table presentation, cleanliness, and readiness before, during, and after service; Support junior staff through practical guidance and teamwork; Lead your section, assign duties, conduct briefings, and ensure service standards are consistently followed.
Kualifikasi: Relevant experience as a Captain or Senior Waiter, preferably in premium dining, a steakhouse, or an established restaurant; Strong knowledge of service sequence, table etiquette, and guest care; Confident communication in Bahasa Indonesia and conversational English.
