PT Langgeng Dunia Selaras adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di sektor hospitality. Peran Server ini sangat krusial dalam menjaga reputasi perusahaan melalui pelayanan yang luar biasa kepada tamu untuk memastikan pengalaman bersantap yang berkesan dan memenuhi standar keunggulan tinggi. Sebagai Server, tanggung jawab utama meliputi menyambut tamu dengan ramah, mengantar ke meja, memberikan rekomendasi menu, mencatat pesanan makanan dan minuman dengan akurat, serta menyajikannya dengan tepat waktu. Selain itu, Server bertugas mengelola pengaturan meja, memproses pembayaran, menjaga kebersihan area makan, serta memastikan kepuasan tamu selama berada di restoran.
Tanggung jawab: Greeting guests warmly and escorting them to their tables in a professional and courteous manner; Presenting menus and providing recommendations based on guests' preferences and dietary requirements; Taking accurate food and beverage orders and communicating them clearly to the kitchen and bar staff; Serving food and beverages promptly whilst maintaining attention to detail and presentation standards; Checking in regularly with guests to ensure satisfaction with their meals and addressing any concerns immediately; Managing table settings, clearing plates and resetting tables between seatings; Processing payments and handling cash or card transactions accurately; Maintaining knowledge of current menu items, specials, pricing and preparation methods; Supporting the team in maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming dining environment; Following food safety and hygiene protocols at all times.
