Sebagai Server, Anda akan menjadi wajah utama pelayanan di restoran. Tugas Anda mencakup memberikan pengalaman bersantap yang mulus bagi tamu, mulai dari menyajikan menu, memberikan rekomendasi makanan dan minuman, hingga memastikan kepuasan tamu selama mereka berada di restoran. Anda akan bekerja sama dengan staf dapur dan bar untuk memastikan pesanan disiapkan dengan benar dan dikirim tepat waktu. Selain itu, Anda bertanggung jawab untuk menjaga kebersihan area makan, menangani pembayaran, serta memastikan standar keamanan pangan selalu terpenuhi.
Tanggung jawab: Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations on food and beverage choices; Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently; Relay orders to the kitchen and bar staff; Monitor the progress of food and drink orders; Ensure the presentation and quality of food and beverages meet standards; Check for guest satisfaction throughout the meal; Clear and reset tables; Prepare and process guest checks and handle payments; Collaborate with other staff members; Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and beverage offerings; Ensure compliance with food safety and health standards; Assist in opening and closing duties.
