Role & Responsibilities: Planning & Supervision Develop schedules for preventive and corrective maintenance. Supervise maintenance activities carried out by the technical team. Ensure the availability of spare parts and work tools. Maintenance Execution Handle unexpected breakdowns and coordinate repairs. Support installation or modification projects of production systems. Team Management Assign tasks to technicians according to their expertise. Provide guidance, training, and performance evaluations for the team. Maintain communication with other departments (production, quality, EHS). Safety & Compliance Ensure the implementation of occupational health and safety standards in the workplace. Maintain compliance with government regulations and ISO/SNI standards.
