PT ABM Investama Tbk provides comprehensive and business-oriented legal support to the Company by managing commercial contracts, providing legal advice, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing legal risk, and supporting corporate and dispute matters to protect company interests across all operations. This role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, particularly related to logistics, shipping, manufacturing, and other business activities.
