Posisi ini merupakan kesempatan untuk bergabung dengan perusahaan olahraga global yang sedang berkembang pesat di Cirebon, Jawa Barat. Sebagai bagian dari tim awal di lokasi tersebut, peran ini sangat krusial dalam mengelola kualitas produk dan kontrol proses produksi bersama mitra manufaktur untuk memastikan standar tinggi produk On Running.
Tanggung jawab: Manage the commercialization process of assigned products in collaboration with all factory personnel and technical teams; Provide technical expertise to ensure effective transition of footwear design into samples and production; Manage and accountable for factory production transfer commercialization; Partner with the development team and review all samples, pattern confirmation and other technical building of the new product; Explain product requirements and standards to the factory; Manage tech package transfer from offshore factories (Vietnam) to Indonesia factories.
Kualifikasi: 7-10 years' experience in footwear engineering; Highly attentive to details, function and quality; Good communication skill; Fluent in English and Bahasa (Indonesia); An entrepreneurial and open mindset; Eagerness for differentiation and a natural push for excellence; Able to balance creativity with organization and discipline in a fast-paced environment; Able to travel on a regular basis between ON’s manufacturing and development partners in Vietnam and Indonesia.
