A senior engineering role within the Consumer Experience (CX) team, dedicated to building and optimizing high-quality systems that power the end-to-end user journey on the Grab app. The team focuses on core experiences including UX navigation, transaction funnels, search, discovery, and user lifecycle management. The role involves building scalable fullstack services and Go backend systems, leveraging AI-assisted engineering workflows, and driving cross-functional alignment. The engineer will be responsible for system architecture, performance management, and maintaining high engineering standards through code reviews and technical guidance.
Tanggung jawab: Build, operate, and optimize scalable, high-availability fullstack services and Go backend systems; Leverage AI-assisted tools to build secure, high-quality code; Design scalable architectures and manage system performance; Resolve complex distributed system issues; Take end-to-end ownership of product outcomes; Manage production incidents during on-call rotations; Elevate engineering standards through design/code reviews and technical guidance.
