Now in our 5th year, we manage ~20 active clients and are evolving toward a premium service model that prioritizes strategic depth alongside creative quality. About the Role We're hiring a Senior Social Media Strategist to lead strategic direction across our client portfolio. You'll own the strategic thinking behind our social media work — from monthly content planning to quarterly strategy decks — and elevate the work of our social media specialists. This role reports directly to the Founder. Key Responsibilities Lead strategic planning for premium client portfolio Review and elevate monthly content strategies (Strategic Planning Loops) Develop quarterly strategy decks and campaign narrative Mentor and guide social media specialists Conduct audience research, competitive analysis, and trend analysis Lead strategic client conversations and present to stakeholders Translate performance metrics into actionable recommendations Collaborate with creative production and ads teams on integrated campaigns Must-Have Requirements
