Tanggung jawab: Creating blueprint for outlet construction; Overseeing construction process and deal with any unforeseen issue at the site; Keeping construction timeline and budget; Ordering, receiving and testing equipments for outlet; Ensuring MEP installation are according to company's standard; Creating BQ for tender process, negotiating and making sure the actual quantity match with the BQ; Qualifications; Bachelor Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineer; minimum 2 years experience in handling projects from end to end (drawing, budget, construction to handover); Know how to use software to draw construction blueprints , ie auto Cad; Has a background in kitchen renovation; Additional Information; Flexible to work out of town for expansion purposes; Able to adapt to changing work situation and fast pace environment.
