Massindo Group membuka kesempatan bagi profesional untuk bergabung sebagai Organization Development (OD) Staff. Peran ini berfokus pada pengembangan organisasi, manajemen kinerja, dan efektivitas SDM untuk mendukung tujuan bisnis perusahaan. Anda akan bertanggung jawab dalam mengelola proses penilaian kinerja, menyelaraskan strategi bisnis dengan KPI, serta merancang program pelatihan bagi karyawan. Posisi ini menuntut kemampuan analitis yang kuat, pemahaman mendalam tentang pengembangan organisasi, dan integritas tinggi. Anda akan ditempatkan di kantor pusat perusahaan di Meruya Ilir, Jakarta Barat.
Tanggung jawab: Conduct and manage regular performance appraisal processes, provide constructive feedback to employees, and plan individual development plans based on appraisal results; Aligning business strategies to KPI / OKR for each department for all level (Sleep Consultant, Operation, Staff, Supervisors, and Managers); Assist in organizational design efforts to ensure alignment with business goals, optimize structure, and enhance agility and efficiency; Identify employee development needs, design and implement training and development programs to improve their skills and knowledge, and ensure employees have opportunities for professional growth; Collaborating with other departments to ensure that the organization is aligned with its mission and goals; Collect, analyze and use data on employees and workforce trends to make evidence-based decisions and more effective talent management strategies.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor degree (S1) of Psychology, Management or related field; Can join immediately (less than 1 month); Minimum 2 years as Organization Development; Have good analytical skills; Have knowledge of Performance Appraisal, KPI (Balanced Scorecard), Man Power Planning, & Work Load Analysis; Have Strong Business Accumen to improve organizational effectiveness; Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and other Microsoft Office applications; Communicative, thorough, and good integrity; Willing to be placed in Meruya Ilir, West Jakarta (Head Office).
