About the Role Join the Spraying Systems Co. team and make a meaningful impact in the process industry. Using sustainability as your foundation, you’ll help identify, consult on, and solve manufacturing process challenges with innovative spray technology for customers across mining, oil & gas, chemical, and heavy industry. This role is a defined growth path toward a future Process Team Leader position. Responsibility

Grow sales and market share with existing & prospective customers across multiple process industries Consult with customers on their manufacturing processes, providing technical application support, conducting events such as Lunch & Learns, audits, seminars, and product demos Analyze spray performance and customer data (e.g., in Power BI) to identify improvement opportunities

Review and interpret technical drawings (AutoCAD) during audits and application consultations Maintaining a high level of daily interactions with existing and prospective clients Spend up to 70% of the time on customer-facing work and local travel

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical field with minimum 3.00 GPA 3+ years of technical or industry experience; sales experience in one or more of the following sectors: chemical manufacturing, mining, oil & gas/refining, power generation, or general industries markets
