Senior Sales Engineer

The ideal candidate has a strong background in consultative sales, business development, and key account management, serving industries such as Oil & Gas, Mining, Power Generation, Petrochemical, Pulp & Paper, Palm Oil, Cement, Steel, and Manufacturing . Develop new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing key accounts. Promote and sell industrial mechanical products and engineered solutions.

Provide technical consultation, product selection, and application support to customers. Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable engineering solutions. Prepare quotations, conduct commercial negotiations, and manage the sales cycle from inquiry to order closure.

Achieve annual sales targets and drive business growth within the assigned territory. Coordinate with internal engineering, service, and operations teams to ensure successful project execution. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Build long-term relationships with end users, EPC contractors, OEMs, and distributors. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline. Minimum 8 years of experience in industrial B2B technical sales.

Experience selling bearings, pumps, mechanical seals, valves, gearboxes, couplings, compressors, hydraulic systems, or other industrial mechanical products . Strong understanding of rotating equipment, maintenance, reliability, and industrial applications. Proven experience managing customers in industries such as Oil & Gas, Mining, Power, Petrochemical, Pulp & Paper, Palm Oil, or Manufacturing.
