Senior Property Manager / General Manager – Retail Mall & Lifestyle Hub. Memimpin operasional pusat perbelanjaan dengan kepemilikan P&L penuh serta mendorong kunjungan dan kinerja tenant di Cushman & Wakefield, dengan jaminan keseimbangan antara pekerjaan dan kehidupan pribadi. Peran ini bertanggung jawab untuk memberikan kepemimpinan dari ujung ke ujung (end-to-end) pada operasional mal, mencakup hubungan tenant, dukungan leasing, pemasaran dan aktivasi, fasilitas, keuangan, serta administrasi, sekaligus bertindak sebagai penghubung utama bagi pemilik, investor, dan pemangku kepentingan kunci.
