Kami mencari Daycare Center Manager yang berkualifikasi untuk mengelola operasional harian pusat penitipan harian pusat penitipan anak kami. Kami berfokus pada penyediaan lingkungan yang aman, bahagia, dan menstimulasi bagi tumbuh kembang anak. Anda akan bertanggung jawab dalam mempromosikan layanan MainStory kepada orang tua, mengelola tim pengasuh, memastikan kepatuhan terhadap SOP, serta mengelola anggaran pusat agar tetap menguntungkan. Selain itu, Anda berperan dalam membangun hubungan baik dengan orang tua, menangani keluhan, serta memastikan fasilitas pusat selalu dalam kondisi bersih dan aman.
Tanggung jawab: Promote MainStory Services to Parents; Understand the importance of daycare and homecare product of MainStory, able to sell and convince the product to parents; Able to answer questions from parents about MainStory products, address concerns directly and independently doing approaching to potential parents to use MainStory services; Children first in Daycare & HomeCare; Ensure a safe, happy, and stimulating environment for children; Coordinate with Daycare Teacher to provide children a safe and nurturing learning environment, using lesson plan and curriculum provided by HQ team; Ensure that center facilities are safe for children, coordinate with Sus Koordinator. That includes checking that safety equipment is available and working, removing hazards and ensuring the facility is always clean and orderly; Monitor children's progress and report any issues; Center management; Interview, hire, and train new Mitra Asuh, ensuring they meet all policies and legal requirements; Complete ongoing training and courses to remain up to date on daycare standards and procedures; Implement and ensure compliance of all daycare SOPs as set by the HQ team; Evaluate and purchase materials, equipment, and supplies; Manage and oversee the budget and accounts and ensure that the center remains profitable; Parents satisfaction; Regularly inform parents and caregivers about their children's development and progress, including discussing ways to address any learning or behavioral issues; Communicate and meet with parents regarding their children and the center’s policies.
Kualifikasi: Associate’s or bachelor's degree in a related field; Education / Sales Background is a plus; Genuine passion for dealing with children on a day-to-day basis; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Good command of tech and data analysis tools such as Google Spreadsheets; Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills; Willingness to learn and adapt; Friendly and approachable demeanor; Maintain a professional attitude and work ethic at all times.
