Posisi Senior Product Manager bertanggung jawab penuh dalam pengawasan pengembangan produk, perancangan desain produk, penyusunan visi dan strategi produk, penemuan ide (product discovery), serta analisis bisnis dan ideasi. Peran ini melibatkan penyusunan persyaratan dan spesifikasi untuk aplikasi, proses, dan inisiatif baru, serta menganalisis permintaan perubahan atau peningkatan sistem. Anda akan bekerja sama secara erat dengan berbagai divisi bisnis untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan, spesifikasi proyek, serta kasus bisnis guna memastikan solusi yang dihadirkan tepat sasaran dan berhasil diimplementasikan. Peran ini mendampingi proyek dari awal hingga tahap pengiriman, membimbing tim yang terdiri dari Project Manager, Business Analysts, dan Developers, serta berinteraksi dengan pelanggan untuk memahami permintaan bisnis yang mendorong analisis dan perancangan solusi berkualitas tinggi.
Tanggung jawab: Product Development supervision; Product Design; Product Vision & Strategy; Product Discovery; Ideation & Business Analysis; Develop requirements and specifications for new applications, processes and initiatives, or analyses change requests/enhancements; Collaborates closely with the business areas to identify requirements, project specifications and business case as well as ensures that the solutions satisfy business needs and implemented successfully; Stays with the project from inception to delivery, while guiding teams of Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Developers; Work with customers and multiple team to understand business demands that drive the analysis and design of quality business solutions; Describe the user experience and app features; Involved in the full app features development life cycle, including UI/UX; Executes production tasks according to a documented schedule that meets or even exceeds customer expectations; Ensures the consistency and maintainability of designed applications by creating, maintaining, and enforcing standards/procedures for implementing technical solutions; What you have:.
