Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B Marketing within the Solar PV (PLTS) or EPC industry
• Strong understanding of Indonesia's renewable energy industry, particularly Solar PV (PLTS), including market trends and business opportunities
• Experience with e-procurement platforms and tender processes in government or private sectors
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Willing to travel for business meetings, industry events, and project site visits as required

Tanggung Jawab

• Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies for Solar PV (PLTS) solutions across industrial, commercial, residential, and government sectors
• Manage corporate branding initiatives and collaborate with internal teams to execute effective marketing campaigns
• Coordinate with the Commercial teams to prepare accurate and competitive project proposals and marketing materials
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities to expand market reach
• Analyze marketing performance, prepare periodic reports, and recommend strategies to achieve lead generation and sales targets
• Support e-procurement activities and monitor tender opportunities in both government and private sectors
