This role is a key position within the Sourcing division, dedicated to driving the vision of becoming the most agile, competitive, digitalized, and cleanest supply base in the industry. The incumbent will lead tooling teams to enhance efficiency and quality across Tier 1 factories, mold shops, and component suppliers. The Senior Manager will oversee the entire tooling creation and manufacturing process, focusing on lead times and quality standards. Responsibilities include implementing innovation technologies, managing tooling data, coordinating cross-country mold transfers, and leading manufacturing excellence initiatives such as CAD creation and rapid prototyping.
Tanggung jawab: Lead tooling teams in development, commercialization, and production to ensure quality, lead times, and productivity; Consult on tooling costing processes and verify cycle times; Contribute to lean manufacturing programs and implement forecasting tools for mold suppliers; Manage tooling data in regional systems and support technical issue resolution; Lead factories in CAD creation, rapid prototyping, and mold creation capabilities; Collaborate with the PCT team to establish and evaluate policies and best practices.
Kualifikasi: University degree in engineering, materials, or related areas.
