PT Sefong Industries Batam is a manufacturing company seeking an experienced professional to join their engineering team. This role focuses on providing leadership in the maintenance and optimization of injection molding equipment and systems to ensure minimal downtime and maximum production efficiency. The successful candidate will oversee preventative and corrective maintenance programs, conduct diagnostics, and mentor junior technicians. The role requires a strong technical background to manage complex repairs, ensure safety compliance, and coordinate with production teams to maintain high standards of equipment performance.
Tanggung jawab: Lead and manage preventative and corrective maintenance programmes for all injection moulding machines and associated equipment; Conduct regular inspections, diagnostics and troubleshooting of injection moulding systems to identify potential issues before they become critical; Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to optimise equipment performance and extend asset lifespan; Supervise and mentor junior maintenance technicians, providing technical guidance and training on best practices; Coordinate with production teams to plan maintenance activities and minimise production interruptions; Maintain detailed maintenance logs and documentation of all equipment servicing and repairs; Perform complex repairs and component replacements on injection moulding machines and hydraulic systems; Monitor equipment performance metrics and recommend upgrades or replacements where necessary; Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and health and safety standards in the maintenance department; Liaise with equipment suppliers and external specialists for specialised maintenance and technical support.
