Senior Legal Officer

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Sanur, Bali for a Senior Legal Officer . The consultant will provide expert advice on property acquisition, corporate compliance, and immigration issues, while ensuring all legal requirements are met. They will manage client relationships, conduct detailed consultations, offer tailored solutions, and guide clients through complex legal processes. Additionally, they will stay updated on legal changes and contribute to company growth through strategic client management and sales initiatives.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Real Estate, or a related field Set up new company for clients, as well as restructure, merger and acquisition, dissolution

Communicate with clients, notary and various government office Familiar with various government online system, particularly OSS, WLKP and BPJS Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
