Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, HCI, or related field
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design projects (web or mobile)
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and usability testing tools
• Strong understanding of design principles, accessibility, and user-centered design
• Prior teaching, mentoring, or training experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Passionate about education, creativity, and building strong design talent

Tanggung Jawab

• Deliver engaging classes and workshops on UI/UX design, usability, and design thinking
• Design, update, and improve curriculum, lesson plans, and hands-on projects to ensure industry relevance
• Guide students in creating portfolios with real-world design projects (web, mobile, and product design)
• Teach tools and practices such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
• Provide mentoring, constructive critiques, and feedback on student assignments and projects
• Collaborate with the Academic Team Leader to align learning outcomes with market needs and partner projects
• Stay updated with UI/UX trends, design systems, and accessibility standards
• Mentor junior instructors and teaching assistants to maintain teaching quality
• Monitor student progress and report outcomes to the Academic Team Leader
• Represent the academy in workshops, design events, and collaborations as a UI/UX expert
