Perusahaan ini berfokus pada transformasi digital dan keamanan sistem informasi, khususnya dalam pengelolaan identitas dan akses pengguna (Identity & Access Management - IAM). Kami mencari tenaga ahli yang berpengalaman untuk mengelola integrasi sistem yang kompleks. Sebagai Senior IDM XLSmart, Anda akan bertanggung jawab mengelola siklus hidup identitas pengguna, mulai dari integrasi aplikasi, manajemen workflow provisioning, hingga dukungan pasca-implementasi. Anda akan bekerja secara lintas fungsi dengan pemilik aplikasi dan tim keamanan untuk memastikan seluruh proses integrasi berjalan sesuai jadwal, memenuhi standar SLA, dan terdokumentasi dengan baik.
Tanggung jawab: Application assessment completed prior to integration; Integration implemented as per project schedule; UAT completed and signed off prior to deployment; Deployment executed within approved change window; Sanity testing conducted immediately after deployment; All integration documentation delivered and approved; Regular reporting on integration status and metrics; Integration-related issues resolved within SLA.
Kualifikasi: Minimum 10 years of experience in Identity & Access Management; Experience in integrating applications with IDM (connected & disconnected); Ability to create and manage workflow provisioning and deprovisioning; Understanding of UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support processes; Ability to resolve integration issues (troubleshooting); Familiar with creating technical documentation and integration reports; Communicative and able to work cross-functionally (with app owners & security teams); Preferred certifications in IAM/IT Security (e.g. Saviynt IGA L100, SailPoint Essentials IdentityIQ 8.2, Security+); Proficient in English.
