Posisi Senior Finance Executive bertanggung jawab penuh dalam mengelola serangkaian akun, pelaporan keuangan, serta kepatuhan fiskal dalam lingkungan manufaktur yang presisi. Peran ini menuntut keahlian mendalam dalam pengawasan biaya produksi, akuntansi biaya, pengendalian inventaris, serta penyusunan laporan keuangan bulanan dan tahunan guna mendukung efisiensi operasional perusahaan secara keseluruhan.
Tanggung jawab: Manage full set of accounts, financial reporting, and compliance for a manufacturing environment; Manage daily accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow monitoring; Oversee month-end and year-end closing, cost accounting, and manufacturing cost analysis; Monitor production costs, inventory, and cost variances to support operational efficiency; Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, accounting standards, and internal controls; Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and other departments.
Kualifikasi: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; Minimum 5 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, preferably in precision manufacturing; Experience in costing, inventory control, and financial reporting; Good knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards; Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems; Self-motivated with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills; Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
