Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or cost control within a manufacturing plant environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), BI tools, and SAP system
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments
• Collaborative team player with a proactive and results-oriented mindset
• Willing to be placed in Cikande, Kab. Serang

Tanggung Jawab

• Prepare accurate and timely plant financial analysis reports to provide clear visibility into the performance of each business unit
• Conduct variance analysis against budget and rolling forecasts, and present findings to senior management
• Collaborate closely with operations to analyze the end-to-end production process, identify cost-saving opportunities, and track the impact of implemented improvements
• Perform in-depth analysis of cost structures to uncover risks and opportunities, and deliver regular reports on cost and expense management
• Lead cost standardization efforts and continuously improve the cost control and management processes
• Participate in the annual budgeting process and support ongoing budget monitoring and management activities
• Support ad-hoc financial projects and other assignments as directed by management
• Strong working English proficiency to liaise with overseas clients/buyers, coordinate with Kunshan Head Quarter Teams, prepare and present management reports, and correspond via email on business and operational matters
