We're seeking a Sr Financial Analyst to join our team. The candidate need a strong background in financial analysis within a manufacturing environment
Tanggung jawab: Prepare accurate and timely plant financial analysis reports to provide clear visibility into the performance of each business unit; Conduct variance analysis against budget and rolling forecasts, and present findings to senior management; Collaborate closely with operations to analyze the end-to-end production process, identify cost-saving opportunities, and track the impact of implemented improvements; Perform in-depth analysis of cost structures to uncover risks and opportunities, and deliver regular reports on cost and expense management; Lead cost standardization efforts and continuously improve the cost control and management processes; Participate in the annual budgeting process and support ongoing budget monitoring and management activities; Support ad-hoc financial projects and other assignments as directed by management; Strong working English proficiency to liaise with overseas clients/buyers, coordinate with Kunshan Head Quarter Teams, prepare and present management reports, and correspond via email on business and operational matters.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or cost control within a manufacturing plant environment; Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), BI tools, and SAP system; Excellent command of English, both written and verbal; Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail; Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments; Collaborative team player with a proactive and results-oriented mindset; Willing to be placed in Cikande, Kab.
