SENIOR FINANCE & ACCOUNTING An Exclusive Opportunity in F&B Location: Ubud Bali Salary: IDR 10–15 Million / Month Employment Type: Full-Time We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Senior Finance & Accounting professional to join our restaurant team. This is a selective opportunity for someone with strong financial expertise and a deep understanding of restaurant operations, cost control, and business performance. Requirements Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting Previous experience in restaurants, F&B, or hospitality is strongly preferred Strong understanding of P&L, COGS, food & beverage cost, labour cost, inventory, and cash
Tanggung jawab: Oversee daily finance and accounting operations; Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable; Monitor daily sales, revenue, expenses, and cash flow; Prepare monthly P&L and financial reports; Monitor and analyse COGS, food cost, beverage cost, and labour cost; Oversee inventory valuation, stock movement, and cost control; Monitor purchasing and supplier transactions; Conduct regular bank and account reconciliations; Identify discrepancies, financial risks, and areas for cost improvement; Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis; Provide management with clear financial insights and recommendations; Ensure accurate bookkeeping and compliance with applicable tax and accounting requirements.
