Elevate Advertising Agency mencari spesialis iklan e-commerce yang berpengalaman dan berbasis data untuk mendorong pertumbuhan bisnis klien. Fokus utama posisi ini adalah akselerasi performa di platform seperti Shopee dan TikTok Shop, serta optimalisasi Meta Ads. Anda akan bertanggung jawab mengelola anggaran iklan, meningkatkan konversi, melakukan scaling campaign, dan mencapai target ROAS yang agresif. Peran ini melibatkan kolaborasi erat dengan tim kreatif untuk menghasilkan aset iklan yang relevan dan menyusun laporan performa strategis bagi klien.
Tanggung jawab: Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) end-to-end; Perform A/B testing on creative, audience, and copy; Monitor campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CVR, ROAS, CAC, revenue, GMV); Allocate advertising budget strategically; Collaborate with creative team for ad assets; Prepare performance reports for clients.
Kualifikasi: Experienced and data-driven; Strong ability in developing performance marketing strategies; Expertise in Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Meta Ads; Ability to manage budget, conversion, and scaling campaigns; Proficiency in A/B testing and funnel optimization.
