Posisi Senior Analyst ini bertanggung jawab untuk menyiapkan dasbor rutin, laporan, dan presentasi manajemen. Peran ini berfokus pada analisis pendorong kinerja di berbagai aspek seperti akuisisi, retensi, pendapatan, biaya, dan pengalaman pelanggan, serta berkoordinasi dengan tim terkait untuk memvalidasi data dan menginvestigasi kesenjangan kinerja. Selain itu, analis akan merekomendasikan tindakan perbaikan dan melacak kemajuan serta dampaknya. Kandidat ideal memiliki pemahaman mendalam tentang metrik KPI FTTH dan FWA, serta kemahiran dalam alat analisis data dan presentasi untuk menyajikan rekomendasi yang jelas bagi manajemen.
Tanggung jawab: Prepare regular dashboards, reports, and management presentations; Analyze performance drivers across acquisition, retention, revenue, costs, and customer experience; Coordinate with relevant teams to validate data and investigate performance gaps; Recommend improvement actions and track their progress and impact.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field; Minimum 5 years of experience in performance management or business analysis, preferably in telecommunications or home broadband; Understanding of FTTH and FWA KPI metrics, including subscriber base, gross adds, churn, ARPU, revenue, and profitability; Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools; Able to independently validate data, identify performance gaps, and present clear recommendations; Working knowledge of AI tools for data analysis, such as Claude or DeepSeek, is an added advantage.
