About the role We are seeking a Senior Accounting and Tax professional to join our growing team in North Jakarta, Jakarta. This is a full-time position that offers a unique opportunity to take on a leadership role within our financial accounting and reporting division. You will be responsible for overseeing complex accounting operations, managing tax compliance, and providing strategic financial guidance to our clients. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our clients receive the highest standard of financial reporting and tax optimisation services, directly contributing to the success and reputation of PT Optimal Tax Solutions.

Key responsibilities Prepare and review financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards Manage tax compliance requirements, including the preparation and filing of corporate income tax returns and other statutory tax documents

Conduct comprehensive tax planning and advisory services to identify opportunities for tax efficiency and risk mitigation Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, ensuring quality of work and professional development Manage client relationships, providing technical accounting and tax advice and ensuring client satisfaction

Conduct internal and external audits, identifying discrepancies and recommending corrective actions Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Indonesian tax legislation and accounting standards, ensuring all work remains compliant Assist with the implementation of accounting systems and processes to improve operational efficiency
